Be an integral leader in a vibrant and complex environment serving the Hampton Roads region in Virginia. The Sr. Manager of Facilities is responsible for the Airport’s Building Maintenance and Janitorial Departments and oversight of an Operational Readiness, Activation & Transition (ORAT) program. This individual participates in long- and short-term planning for departmental business activities with policy formation and will ensure facilities operate at peak performance through streamlined and efficient practices and procedures. They will develop and implement a comprehensive facilities maintenance program to optimize investment and maximize useful life of facilities. This position reports to the Chief Development Officer and direct reports include Building Maintenance Manager and Janitorial Manager.
