- Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- ASE Certification and 609 AC Refrigerant required or obtained within 6 months of employment
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point)
- Collection of data; Must be data driven
- Understanding of federal requirements placed on the client as it relates to FMCSA, VDOT Policies and NTD
- Familiar with Fleet Maintenance Software
- Familiar with the regulations and policies of OSHA
- Experience with performance assessment to drive continuous performance improvement
- Dossier, Clever Devises, GFI Odyssey fare boxes where applicable
- Knowledge of inventory control management
- Experience working in a Union environment
