Under the general supervision of a Supervising Program Technician III in the Crash Coding and Data Analysis Unit (CCU), the incumbent performs a variety of duties related to identifying the location of traffic crashes occurring on the highway system and completing the sequence-of-events coding process in accordance with established procedures, policies, and precedents. The incumbent reviews and processes detailed traffic crash data, forms, and files, and provides sensitive information regarding traffic crashes that occur on the highway system.
